So... I’m a little torn.
Today I’ve had a lovely meeting with my Rabbi, and we were discussing my next steps and what he feels is mandatory for my conversion/for him to be my sponsor.
He said that the Introduction to Judaism is a must (which I knew and fully expected, and I’m also excited for it), but when I went to look around for classes near me... well, dang. They are SO expensive. If my husband and I weren’t literally just buying a house I would splurge, but I don’t feel comfortable spending so much money at this crucial time.
I have looked online and I found a class I really liked that was $75 (whaaa!), but I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with it/recommends it? It’s done by Universal Class. I will of course also discuss this with my Rabbi when we meet again.
I would really appreciate any advice!
