Finally, after putting this off for months, I managed to park my butt in the chair, grab my pen and drawing tablet, and make this drawing, I don't understand why it's so difficult for me to just... do things I clearly want to do.
Anyways, about them: Now they're both swapped, back in the old version, they weren't, I feel like I was just building XRiver's personality so I could do this version of them, but... unintentionally. Anyway, let's talk about each of them:
XRiver
We can say that they are just like original XGaster. They really want to have a perfect universe, it doesn't matter if it's theirs or someone else's, if it's in their hands, it counts, because it proves that it's their gifted talented hands that made it better, that created something unique, something perfect.
Their plan of the X-Event is still the same... but there will be anomalies in the way that will obligate them to change it... one of them being Gaster himself.
XRiver admires other universes, but yet, they envy them, why can't they do it like them? What's missing? Perhaps they need help, the help of someone who, instead of a brain, has gears and metal, who thinks by meticulously calculating every decision made, only then it could be perfect… who could this… thing be?
Their relationship with the kids, Chara and Frisk, is still the same, but it's more of a "weird auncle takes care of their nephews" thing, but it evolves to just enemies with pure hatred towards eachother.
XGaster
Gaster is XRiver's creation, an intelligent one, suggested by Ink! Let's just say Ink wanted to test a new technology, and since he barelly has time to talk to XRiver and help them with their creation, he suggested an smart assistant, that can think, learn, and create by himself, all of this with this memory bank he has, but maybe he can learn too much..?
He is truly a people-pleaser, always telling you what you wanna hear, making it difficult to tell if he is actually being genuine or not, that's why XFrisk gets annoyied with him easily.
His other eye, is more of a representation of his soul, it's green (it's more of a aquamarine) purely to contrast XRiver's (y'know, green and purple are complementaries), he's eyes are naturally like that but then he got a bit of the Overwrite power... somehow.
His relationship with the kids are more of a "Cool but unfunny uncle secretly gives them money to buy some candy " type of thing. But then when it evolves for XChara and XFrisk to both have different visions towards XGaster.
Alr that's all I'll say for now, also, i'm getting back to school so my "I want to kms" rate are gonna get higher and the posting frequency are gonna get lower.

So bunny been trying to learn to use Clipstudio paint. Decided to draw Swap since I wanted to see how much my style changed (and yup no surprise it changed and I missed this lovable dad).
