Agent!Reader who was originally sent to spy on Task Force 141 as an intelligence agent, but what they didn’t tell you was that every single spy sent to 141 had been brutally murdered.
What they also didn’t tell you was that they sent you because they knew you wouldn’t return…
Easy disposal of one of their “weakest links,” right?
So they sent you on an impossible mission, deep undercover as a “new recruit” for the team.
What your superiors didn’t account for was you learning to love the task force…and them loving you back.
Yeah, you’re a little clueless sometimes, but they couldn’t help taking a liking to you. It didn’t take long for them to realize the kind of mission you’d been sent on.
Without you ever knowing, they cut off every way your old handlers could contact you.
They may have even staged something that could be mistaken for your death.
They could’ve tortured you. Killed you. Used you as an example for every other task force.
But they didn’t.
They liked having you around…for whatever reason.
Maybe it was because you made coffee for everyone every morning.
Maybe it was because, no matter how bad the day had been, you always made sure to tell everyone goodnight, even if no one was awake to say it back.
Or maybe it was because you always had something kind to say, and that sort of genuine, unbreakable optimism was something the task force didn’t realize they’d been missing.

Reader has joined the Explorers as a spy (whether from the RVTs or some other rivals). No one seems too suspicious of them except Spinel - but his suspicion soon becomes something more...
[Tldr; undercover reader x spinel]
Spinel x Undercover!Reader
When you first joined the Explorers, no one cared. Why would they? You're just another grunt.
Well- everyone but a certain teal-haired bloke.
Spinel immediately knew something was off about you. He didn't trust you and despite his best efforts, he couldn't find anything to call you out on.
The suspicion became an obsession over time. Spinel tried his best to look for anything that could confirm his suspicions.
But at the end of the day. He found nothing. No criminal records, nothing illegal, and you barely even had a digital footprint which surprised Spinel.
Whenever he tried to talk to the other admins about it, they'd shrug him off, saying he was paranoid and worrying for no good reason.
Over time, you became an admin and he grew to accept that there was just something off about you. Something unique to you.
He still found it odd that the RVT always knew what was going on within the group. Like someone in the group was ratting them out, telling them their every move, but he just assumed it was Amethio trying to get back at Spinel by telling the enemy everything.
You had always noticed Spinel's suspicion when you were a grunt, the look of distrust and something else that he'd give you whenever you entered a room. Something that was reserved for you and you only.
When you became an admin, your skill of being able to think on your feet always landed you paired with Spinel on missions- you never minded it, it allowed you to talk to him more and to gain his trust.
The longer the two of you talked, the more Spinel was beginning to realise something- he was falling for you.
It would explain his feelings for you at the start- he was never suspicious of you, he was just in love.
You used this to your advantage, slowly and carefully unwrapping the layers that made Spinel's plans so the RVT could get to Rayquaza first.
But like that one saying goes, -something about someone falling in love and the other person falling more in love with the other person- you began to have feelings for Spinel.
At the start, you could easily shove them to the side - ignore them until they began to haunt you at night and reminded you of the feeling of Spinel's soft hand brushing against your own when you walked, or the way he moved a strand of your hair out of your face when the two of you were having a lunch break together.
The two of you began to date when Spinel asked you out on a mission - you returned his feelings, plus, what he didn't know couldn't hurt him, right?
You managed to keep your relationship a secret from your team whilst you kept feeding them information about the Explorers' plans, but the guilt of feeding your boyfriend's plans to your team later caught up to you.
You began to share less and less, telling the RVT that there weren't any new updates or anything -which was a half-truth. Nothing was happening, and you couldn't betray your boyfriend to your team.
There were days when you didn't contact them to spend time with Spinel. You always told them that you needed to stay off your phone to appear more authentic and deserving of the title of 'admin'.
Spinel never suspected anything, especially because the RVT were starting to fall back into the unknown- plus, you were beginning to free up, and you had more time to go out on dates and talk to him, so, why should he suspect anything?

You sat attentively in a swanky conference room, surrounded by their fellow FBI agents. The intense atmosphere crackled with anticipation as the chief of the FBI, a stern and authoritative figure, began doling out assignments to the team. One by one, agents were called upon to fulfill their respective roles in the upcoming operation.
As the assignments dwindled down, You feel anxiously awaited You're turn. The chief's gravelly voice finally reached their ears, "Okay, Y/n," the chief began, scrutinizing them over the rim of their glasses, "I've saved the most challenging assignment for you."
You're eyebrows furrowed with curiosity and trepidation. You leaned forward, eager to hear what lay in store for them. "Okay, cool," You replied, attempting to cloak You're nervousness. Suddenly, realization dawned upon You, and You're eyes widened. "Wait what about Angel, she is my partner," Y/n added, referring to their trusted colleague who had accompanied them on numerous successful missions.
The chief's stoic expression did not waver. "Don't worry about that, Y/n," He replied, their voice brimming with authority. "That's why, I'm assigned you a new partner."
Shock and surprise coursed through You're veins like an electric current. You had grown accustomed to Angel's unwavering support and camaraderie, relying on their partner both personally and professionally. You found it hard to fathom working alongside someone new, compromising the bond they had formed over time.
You managed to say immediate concern. "So, who's my partner?" You asked, You're voice betraying a mix of apprehension and curiosity.
The chief's lips formed a tight grin before He responded, "I've assigned you to our new recruit, Leon Kennedy."
(Sike I got you)
"Hudson," He words oozing with a sense of finality.
Hudson greets the Chief, joins You and sites besides you, You Taking a deep breath, so You nodded, with Hudson by You're side, You had no option but to push aside You're hesitations and embrace this new chapter of You're career.
You, a skilled FBI agent, was assigned a dangerous undercover mission. You're mission? To infiltrate a high school as either a teacher or student to uncover a drug dealer operating within its walls. As a seasoned agent, You had faced countless challenges in You're career, but this assignment presented a unique set of circumstances that demanded utmost caution and delicacy.
"Why do I have to go to school?" You questioned the FBI chief. He responded, "You're good looking person and most skilled among us, and Hudson will assist you."
Curious, You ask, "What's the school's name?" The Chief responds to both you and Hudson. "The school is called Speedwagon foundation School"
(Idk what to called it so this will do)
So You with You're new partner Hudson Accepting the mission, You fully embraced their new identity as an undercover teacher or student, depending on the specific situation and the needs of the assignment. With a carefully constructed cover story, You seamlessly blended into the school's environment, gaining the trust of both faculty and fellow students.
"I'm looking forward to seeing this how this goes down."

Y/N L/N was a superb agent, and was best friends with Clayton Reeves, the NCIS’ MI6 liaison agent. She was supposed to go under cover at a strip bar because an unhinged man was suspected of killing the dancers and waitresses from the area, the first victim having been a naval reserve officer made it an NCIS case. Gibbs had just told the guys, Bishop having been away that week, and their reactions were pretty much the same.
“I don’t like it, she shouldn’t be alone in there.”-Torres
“She won’t be, right Gibbs?”-McGee
“No, Torres’ll be there, and the rest of us’ll be in the parking lot.”-Gibbs
“Me?”-Torres
“Well Reeves would stick out like a sore thumb, and McGee would blow his cover in a minute tops.”-Gibbs
McGee wasn’t insulted in the slightest, neither was Reeves, and Torres didn’t know what to think about the fact that everyone seemed to think that he’d fit in at a strip club. He looked to Reeves, who hadn’t spoken for a while.
“Reeves, what’s with the look?”-Torres
“I can see it working, but I don’t like it.”-Reeves
A second later he tried to explain.
“Not that-Y/N, you know what I mean, right? You know I don’t-I mean, Not that you’re-but you’re my friend and-“-Reeves
She grinned, opting to tease him to try and up the team’s morale, even earning a slight smirk from Gibbs.
“Sorry Reeves, I don’t think of you that way, but I here that Lorna at the front desk-“-Y/N
“Oh shut up.”-Reeves
She grinned at him and he grinned back.
“You love me, don’t deny it.”-Y/N
“As if.”-Reeves
One thing was for certain, Reeves was glad he stayed at NCIS, they were the family he never had, but had always wanted.
