The First Witness
Day 2 to 4 is the presentation of the first witness of the case under the first article, the cross examine, re-direct and the re-cross examination.
It might have been the longest direct and cross examination of a witness, it took for around 3 days. They really test the credibility and the expertise of the presented witness, a huge shout-out to the witness for holding his ground.
What I notice and learn during those hearing as an ordinary citizen of this country is that; 1st the witness was able to prove the truthfulness of the video presented, 2nd their are some judges who are crossing the line when it comes to being impartial to the case, they should judge the case base on facts and evidence presented and not due to political affiliate, 3rd is that the defense did not question the authenticity of the video presented which to me weaken there defense, they attack on different angle which led to a weak counter argument.
Overall, the prosecution did a really good job in proving its claim, the witness was really expert to his field, despite the intimidating way of questioning by some judges and the defense, he stayed composed.
If they will just perform there job fairly, properly and for the people, justice is attainable.
