Name: Borix & Hydra

Species: Elements

Bad Habbits: Borix gets bored with conversation easily so he's more interested in intellectual talks. Hydra is curious and gets into bad situations a lot.

Personality: Borix is a very subdued person, he was born defective of a Neon mother and father and due to his defect he wasn't treated with much love. He gets depressed or sad easily and is hard to keep entertained or happy. Of course when he does get happy he's a very sweet boy, he's also very smart and interested in science. 

Hydra is a hyper active, adventurous little girl. She's still young so she likes to live life to it's fullest, she's always happy and is barely sad or negative about things. She likes to play with fire but due to her being flammable she has to be kept far from it by her family.

Their relationship: Hydra befriended Borix when he was smaller, even though they are opposites they get along better then expected. Borix's head is shaved-like because Hydra burned off the side in a accident with a flame pup. 

(I was thinking of changing Borix's hair because it makes him look like a scene kid LOL. Anyways I don't care which mod reviews it, so have at it. ^^)

I love the personalities; Borix sounds like a sweetheart! So adorable. Does he have any weaknesses or things he's scared of?

Hydra is really cute too, and I always imagined the gassy elements being hyper, (since the molecules move around a lot faster than solids and liquids, also Borix being kind of subdued would fit if you wanted to make that a theme) so I really like her. I can practically see her literally bouncing around off walls and accidentally setting off flames!

Ok here's the questions and some opinion-y things.

Does Borix have human-like hair? I dunno you can keep that if you want but I would do something else like crystally hair. I kinda expected him to be a bit more "rocky" in texture (like that one arm but all over his body) but whatever, I guess that doesn't really matter. Is his skin just green or is he actually made out of Boron (Or is this the Beryllium one?)

Hydra seems a bit... plain, I guess, in design. I don't really know how you could remedy this, though, so it's not that much of a problem and if you like her design like that, then keep her. Not all OCs have to stand out. (Not much you can do with air people... maybe make her more swirly cloud-like? Or her "tail" be like a tornado?)

I don't really see anything strikingly bad about them; they're both coming along quite nicely!

This is Miss Orange Bloom, age 21 (so fairly young)

She works as a seed planter and gardener around the land of Ooo, or wherever needs the greens. It's dirty work, so she doesn't get to dress in fancy clothes very much. Usually she wears boots, gloves, and a gardening apron.  While she is generally bubbly and sweet, she can be rather sassy (or "sour") if you get on her bad side. She forgives and forgets quickly, though. Bloom has strong morals, and is playfully mischievous - such as wearing a different colored button and giggling about it until someone notices. Unfortunately, Orange Bloom is also very insecure about her appearance, easily put down by insults... If she thinks you are insulting her, she has the habit of clacking her teeth or biting her cheeks.  She smells of citrus. As you can see, she's based off of an orange (and the flower on the orange tree). She unintentionally turned out looking like a 60s chick in this picture... XD Orange Bloom is also close friends with the next character...

Prince Redhot (and his rubber giraffe Juju) Older drawing, by the way...

Redhot and his people are full of poisonous, flammable gases. Fortunately, their skin is thick and pliable, so if some danger does manage to pierce them, the toxins will make them dangerously sick. 

Redhot, however, has a birth defect where his skin didn't seal properly before birth - the top of his head (which closes a few months after he was born) and the inside of his throat. Now the fumes constantly leak out of his mouth, making communication rather difficult. Because the kingdom (Scoville) relies on friendly communications with other kingdoms, his father told him that he will never be able to rule. So if King Caraway, Queen Cayenne, and Prince Hot Sauce are unable to rule, they have someone else picked out.  

Redhot is not very social with outsiders, as they tend not to trust him - his pale appearance and half-covered face make many nervous. And if he is treated badly, he has a very short fuse. But he is gentle and fair to those who treat him with respect.  He smells of Cinnamon. 

Redhot is terrified of sleeping in unfamiliar places.  Juju is immune to his poison,  but Orange Bloom is not. She's developed a tolerance for it over their fifteen years of friendship, so it is not too dangerous to her. 

Juju is stretchy (just midly so, and not able to morph is body like Jake) like rubber, which means the cold does not agree with him. He was given to Redhot as a 6th birthday present by Prince Hot Sauce. They became good friends. Juju has a simple manner of speech, and smells like grape lollipops. 

Anywho, I'm curious what I can do to improve these characters, and hope they aren't sue-ish! ~Thank you.

Miss Orange Bloom:

As far as physical design goes, I really like it. She's adorable. I like how she seems more calmer than many OCs go (I see a lot of people going "YEAHH!!! MY OC KICKS EVERYONE'S BUTT!! SO AWESOME IN COMBAT!!" yeah you get the idea), a little citrus gardener sounds really nice, actually. I don't have anything bad to say about her, she seems like just the silly little character we need around here.

Redhot:

Having a character with a defect is always an interesting trait. I think juju is really funny and great. I'm glad you listed a fear, since I've seen a lot of "fearless" characters, and even in AT there isn't anyone who isn't scared of something.

Hey it's the same person who created Alysia the mutated frog with another OC~

Name: Flora Vasel. Gender: Female Species info: Her species is called a Vasen, they are made of bullet proof glass, they are usually clear/ see through. They are rarely different colors but they can be. They all have different personalities, nothing specific. They're leaves and flowers, change colors during different seasons. Age: 18 Height: 5"7f? Weight: She weighs a little more than a normal vase Personality: a soft spoken and sweet personality, has some trouble being assertive and usually is a push over because of that. Hobbies: bird watching mostly. Diet: Water;any kind but salt, any liquid basically, soil, fertilizer  butterflies. Job(s): works at a flower shop in the Candy Kingdom. Beliefs: hates animal abusement and believes in peace, but if shes pushed around enough she may, MAY, just fight. Extra: when she gets upset or mad her flowers start to die or rot.

Roaring Bear: I like the idea of the new plant species based on plants in vases, and how the design looks like with the dirt and roots visible with the leaves and flowers for hair. I'm not entirely sure how she would weigh so little while being so large and still made of glass and plant matter but whatever.

Pond: I agree with Roaring Bear. The physical design is gorgeous and I really like how you already are forming in your head great details about the species. Being 5'7" and made of glass and filled with dirt and water, though, she should definitely weigh a LOT more than a vase! Even more than a human. You know just three gallons of water weighs 25 pounds and I expect she has a lot more than three milk jugs of water in there. I really like the idea that they change with the seasons, likewise I like how her flowers react to mood changes. 

All-in-all, species wise, I'd love to watch her develop and grow. I'm sure you've got a lot more up your sleeve and with the creativity you've got going you're only bound to pick up speed. 

As far as the character goes herself, I'm less than impressed. "Soft spoken and sweet but if you push her she'll fight" is a very generic personality. It seems pretty obvious you've got more to offer than that! I like where you were going with the "believes in peace" thing. Considering what she's made of, it would make sense for her to be very hippie-esq and I think that you should elaborate on that.

One more thing I'll add is that maybe you should come up with your own setting for her. There's nothing wrong with having her live in the Candy Kingdom, it's just you tend to have a lot more creative licence when it comes to creating your own scenery. You really have a lot of options when it comes to AT! You could make a kingdom up around almost anything, in fact you could make a whole kingdom for her species but just focus on her, this one citizen (just because you make a kingdom doesn't mean you have to RP the kingdom's royals is what I mean).

Outside of a kingdom, there's small villages set up (which we see in "My Way" I believe). You could have her live in a small village of her people or a village of mixed species. 

Moral of the story is: you've got a great idea going! The species is interesting and you can do a lot with it! She herself just needs some character development. Sit down with her and have a chat, think of the weirdest things you know about yourself and "ask" her about that thing. What's your favorite thing about yourself? What was most important to you when you were five? What's the worst injury you've ever sustained? Stupid little questions like that will help you delve into the deep end of her character and personality.

This is a first AT OC, i've never done one and I wanted to make sure she is alright.

Her name is Alysia Frogfert. She lives in the land of ooo of course in a swampy place near the candy kingdom that no one actually travels to. The swamp is polluted and one day while she was hopping by in her frog shape she fell in. The swamp caused her to mutate and grow bigger, it also caused claws and legs and hands to grow. Her species had slimy and green skin like a frog but none no one has seen the type and it does not have a name except "Mutation". Going back to her parents in panic they accepted her anyways and still called her their frog daughter (they are frogs themselves).

As for her personality, she always has a tough front put up or a cocky attitude. She will always challenge you to a battle but in reality shes scared of EVERYTHING. She doesn't get near the candy people because shes terrified of them. If she first appeared in the show she should challenge Finn to a battle but once he stepped closer she would scream and run away terrified. She is called "The Phony Frog." by most people who have been challenged by her. She does not smoke or drink at all and only knows a few people due to her lack of appearing in public. She just knows people who wander through her swamps.

OK first off, let me say "wow cutie." Now that we've gotten that out of the way...

Thank you for making a mutated-creature OC, there really aren't enough of those, and with a setting like Adventure Time the possibilities are endless.

Her personality is actually pretty funny, personally I like those kinds of characters.

I know mutations can get so bad that you can't even tell what the creature is supposed to be anymore, but she doesn't really remind me of a frog at all. Except the green skin. Also I would like to know why she has a lure on her head if she doesn't seem like the type who would hunt. Is it to attract bugs so she can eat them? Does she still eat bugs? Just a random mutation thingy?

I don't really think frogs take care of their kids but considering AT is full of talking and human-acting animals that's alright.

(Silvia Karowing is a character inspired by my mothers life story, which is very amazing. any defining traits, and or details of her life will be influenced by the stories my mom told me on various occasions.) Silvia and Her family used to live in the Parrot Kingdom Castle, but after her mean Aunt tricked her own brother out of everything he and his family had, they ended up living outside near the kingdom, farming and living in poverty. Her Grandma and Uncle treat her with more love than her own parents do. But she still loves her whole family very much. Her family is now reduced to making clothes out of potato sacks, but Silvia snuck away a little belt cloth for herself to hold stuff and feel a bit better about her situation.

That's from the profile, and i'll go more in depth with that:

History: When Silvia was born, she was born as a royalty in the Parrot Kingdom. Back then, her dad was   the prince and her mother the princess. Silvia's dad, Adam, treated her with love and kindness as her Grandma does. When she was a year old, her younger brother Robert was born and he was a crybaby. She also had a brother named Sam, who was 2. Naturally, when they got a bit older the two brothers messed with each other. Silvia always avoided them, and loved to listen to her grandma play music on a piano in a special chamber. She sang along with her. Life was very good with her for this time, but when she was 3 and a half something went wrong. Silvia's Aunt, Harriet was jealous of her brothers sucess and that she didn't live in the castle with his since the Queen said she was a "bad feather". One day while Silvia's mom, Eve, took the kids out to play, Harriet visited Adam as she usually does. She brought apple cider, and she always did that. But when Adam drank it, he was put under a spell. Harriet then proceeded to make him sign a contract while in this state, making him sign off the money and belongings he had to her. She also made him sign a contract "immediately transferring the throne and any titles he and his family do and will have to her, and anyone she may marry to". That meant that Eve was no longer princess, Eve was no longer a prince, and they fell into poverty. They got kicked out of the castle and, under Harriet's co-ruling with Silvia's grandma, she made the Kingdom worse than others. heavy taxing caused many of the parrot people who had been living    under lower middle-class positions fall into debt, as others filled in the jobs. With no where else to turn, they were all exiled from the kingdom, including silvia and the former prince and princess. The queen couldn't live with this, and she made Harriet put the little taxes they collected from the parrots into building a village for the peasants to live. This caused the richer parrots to develop a distaste for the poor as they thought it unfair for them to use their own money for people who couldn't do anything. So the village was built on the base of the hill where the Parrot Kingdom resided. The peasants all took to farming, although Adam and Eve got more land as pity from the Queen. it was at this time when Adam started to change. at this time Silvia was just tuning 4, and Adam became grumpy and mean. Eve became a lot more humble and quite than she was, and Adam started to abuse Silvia. He started to smack her around, but not her brothers, due to their fall of power. They became reduced to making toys out of corn they grew, and potato sacks they got from different places.

Personality: Silvia used to be a very smart and proper young girl when she lived in the castle. When her family fell into poverty, she became a bit more serious.

When the abuse started with her, she became sad as to why it was happening. she bottles up her emotions, and works hard to prove to hem daddy that she is a good girl and that he should be proud of her. She picked up a slight accent quickly from the other peasants. She is very tough for her age, and her brothers usually don't mess with her because of that. Silvia carries a toy around with her made out of corn and twigs she named "Mr. Cobblyhusk" and tells it all her problems, dreams and concerns. Her favorite thing is to go to the castle (which rarely happens and is very special when it does happen) and sing with her grandma while she plays the piano. She also is very smart and good at puzzles, although she can't study anymore as she helps her family farm and asks strangers for help when they need it (even though no one tells her to do that.) Despite her living situation, she finds the time to help others. If she hears about someone without an actual home or house, she finds them and gives them some of the food her family grows, usually in the form of potatoes, corn, turnips, and sugarcane. She is usually hungry when you see her, and tends to get distracted easily.

Species: SIlvia is a Kakapo peasant and former royal princess daughter that lives in the Parrot Peasant Village near the Parrot kingdom. She is one of many species of parrot people living in the Village and Castle towns. The themes she gives are the hardships of poverty, how easy things can be ruined in life, and the affects of child abuse. The closest thing to a power she has is the fact than when someone dies in her family (although no one has so this hasn't come into play yet.) she has premonitions before hand.

...and no, she doesn't smoke or drink. no one in the parrot village or castle town does.

NOTE: I checked royalty and normal citizen since she kinda applies to both.
