allô! le français est ma deuxième langue. j'étudie le français à l'école. her french is rough she thinks, but hy adores speaking the language and aims to become fluent. the sentence structure is similar to portuguese so it’s not too complex for the saint. mostly, he speaks / types in “franglais” so that hy does not forget what she’s learned thus far. all that to say, french is a lovely language in the eyes of guro who is dear!
