So uh, I just gotten in this weird mood where I started drawing your OC @uncpanda: Kit cause its been a while and well- 

here it is? Cause I never got to do a face drawing of her properly. I feel like I got her face better then my last attempt(s).

AN: So…I just wrote this is my car. I literally just finished it, so it’s just a little drabble. I wrote this as a kind of parallel/my own version/an alternate Dick story to @uncpanda’s Soulmate mark universe. I hope you all like it! P.S. I’m typing this on my phone so please bear with me. ——————- Richard “Dick” John Grayson-Wayne, or Officer Grayson as he was called while in uniform, sat in the interrogation room of the Bludhaven Police Station. The young woman in front of him wasn’t a suspect or anything, but she needed a quiet space and this was the quietest room they had. She seemed to have calmed down, but he could tell she was still on edge. The dark glasses covering her eyes made it a bit difficult to read her facial expression, but her body language and the way she was wringing her hands around her cane screamed ‘uncomfortable’. He looked around for something to try to talk about to lighten the mood and distract her from the stress of the situation. Some black bumps on her inner left forearm caught his attention, “What’s that say? The Braille on your arm.” He looked at her a bit perplexed as she burst into laughter, covering her mouth to try to stifle it. “What?” His confusion obvious in his voice. A few more giggles escaped her lips before she replied, “'What’s that say? The Braille on your arm.’”

Dick paused as he thought about the words branded across his right shoulder. The ones that had showed up on his sixteenth birthday. The words he’d had to use a mirror to see and a lot of concentration to read because they were backwards: What’s that say? The Braille on your arm.

At the time, it made no sense to the teen as he searched for some kind of marks on his arms only to find nothing. Now though? Now it made perfect sense. He couldn’t help it; he laughed too, which made his apparent soulmate start up all over again.

Okay, so. This is a picture for a friend of mine, @uncpanda! I decided to draw it after I read this post (and maybe because I’m supposed to be studying and I am the queen of procrastinating):

I know I’m not a good artist and I was really hesitant to upload it after I saw a waaaayyy better comic about it, but I was already finished, so I guess I can just post it. I hope it still makes you happy, because you’re a great human being, Panda, and you deserve to be happy!

Some information for those interested:

I drew it by hand using only a normal and some coloured pencils and a black felt pen (and some coloured ones in the original but you can’t see that here because these were the parts I edited with a program): the scan screwed up the colours big time, so I tried to make it better with my computer. You can obviously see, what I edited, but I never used a program on a computer to draw before, so I had no idea what I was doing, I apologize. (I also had nothing else to draw with because I’m at my flat, where I live during the week because of uni, and I have basically nothing here. I wanted to do the whole background and thinking bubble thing with watercolours, but then I realized I don’t have that here, so yeah.)

I had some hurdles while drawing this, so it took me about…….. 9 hours????? What the hell??? I just counted it and I hadn’t realized that I spent so much time on it. Woops….

(Also, I looked at it just now and noticed something I forgot, but it’s too late to change now and I’m mad at myself for not noticing -.-)

I listened to the whole Moana album and the song ‘The Greatest’ by Sia while drawing. Like, during those 9 hours I ONLY listened to that. Oh well.

Even though I’m far from satisfied with this, I hope you guys like it! T^T

Did it a different method this time since i felt somewhat abstract. Was never good at drawing their faces but heck I tried. I kept the reader a neutral colour since the reader could be any ethnicity and looks whatever. And I just realized that her dress isn’t really black...

I tried to draw the face claim that Lady Panda had for Kit but that’s...still a work in progress. I’m getting there, though! 

Also, I suck at side faces. And drawing Bruce cause that guy took me at 10 tries to get it somewhat right!!
