About Saturday night... I truly feel so blessed to be a part of such an incredibly talented and gracious batch of humans. Last night we honoured that talent at the 7th annual @ubcp_actra awards and it was my pleasure to present with my pal @jewelstaite the award for #bestactress š . . Iāll tell you what guys, you know I like to be up front with you and speak my truth, so I will let you know when I was asked to present, my first thought was, āoh how niceā, followed by āokay what excuse can I come up with that I canāt make it?ā Why??? Because as Iāve said before Iām in introvert by nature and these fears and challenges still come up. Luckily Iām not so good at bullshitting myself anymore and I saw this as an opportunity to rise up. And of course, as one always learns, you never regret facing your fears and the whole night was a real joy, because I got to connect with so many I love and remind myself that when Iām centred in my truth, all is well. . .
