So... 14.2 is back to haunt me for 15.2. I still am not able to do overhead squats, even a year later, BUT! I am a lot closer than I was. I probably didn't focus on it as much as I should have. It's easier to ignore your weaknesses than work on them. However, I spent a good chunk of time this morning working on my mobility and retesting my OHS. I started with our training bar (10kg), then worked up to the women's bar, and finally the men's bar.
I came pretty close to performing a good rep with the men's bar today. My heels come just the tiniest bit off the floor when I'm at the bottom of my squat, but I can work on that, and I think it will still count as a good rep.
I am pretty confident I will be able to get at least one rep at 65# by the deadline on Monday.
In addition to mobilizing, I did the upper body program I've been doing for a while now. I intended to do a weightlifting workout, but the platforms were all full, and I didn't feel confident enough to jump in rotation with someone.

There was not enough time for me to do the WOD and make it to work without being a sweaty, stinky mess, so I just did some upper body work.
4 sets of 5 @ 85% bench press is no joke. I'm happy with how much I've progressed in terms of upper body even though I haven't been able to do it consistently 5 days a week. I've just been doing it when I can, but still doing it in order. I'm hoping whenever I finish that I'll be able to see some solid results despite the extended time it's taking me to get through it.
