Nothing much I just wanted to post what I wrote for undertale's 10th anniversary celebration for the memories website, the cat is my warriorsona Twistedwillow, she's been with me since middle school so she's very special to me (but this isn't about her lmao- also her eye markings on the undertale post are more accurate I just forgot what I did when I was making the ref sheet)
Here's the other stuff I wanted to write but didn't have the space for:
The soundtrack gave me a deeper appreciation for music- I've always enjoyed video games and their soundtracks, but it was undertale that really made me //feel// the emotions within each piece. All the characters are near and dear to my heart- other than fnaf and a bit of mlp Undertale was my introduction into fandom, seeing what people created just from a game that someone (I didn't really know who Toby fox or Temmie chang were I was like 8 or 9 and didn't look into it) made because they simply could, without a big name company, inspired me to create more and more; because I wanted to be like those people on YouTube who make art and comics like they did. All I did was watch what people crated, and even now, I get nostalgic and go back to watching those comic dubs, animations, or vine compilations... I can't believe it's been 10 years already. Like wdym Im not 8/9 years old blasting death by glamour on the computer, watching gameplay, or painting undertale characters with nail polish (yes nail polish I didn't have paint at the time lol) anymore?? Like WHAT?? Ngl Im getting emotional writing this, I love undertale so so much, and I can't thank Toby and Temmie enough for this game and the impact it's left on my life.
