Wow....Tough Mudder number 2, I thought I was so cool with my green headband and such a bad ass......Just over a week ago I added a zero to my Muddy total having racked up more miles last year than ever, and doing the same again this year. It's an absolute honor and privilege to be a #TMAmbassador this year too! I still hate running. I don't think I'll ever like it. But this year has also flagged up a few issues with my health and now being tested for asthma to see if I'm right in my theory. I still find it tough going, it's not just a walk in the park, but I know my endurance has improved and my sheer determination has soared. I've raised hundreds and thousands of pounds for charity along the way, and I won't stop.
