1.Which Beatle do you think would be your best friend? … why?

omg.....interesting.... im not sure? i lowkey feel like my personality is the most similar to pauls if i had to pick one?? however i could see myself bonding with john, we could both make fun of paul together.

2. Which Beatle do you think would want to date you? … why?

omfg idk! in my ideal world i would say paul but in reality id probably end up with like pete best or something smh

13. How would you wish to meet Paul?

i would love to meet him in a private setting, where it would be like an appropriate situation to approach him so i would have a higher chance of having a legit conversation with him. i would just want to see him like in an organic way, when all the cameras are turned off

21. Is there anything about the Beatle’s history that you do no know much about and would like to?

omg i could basically say everything tbh, not that i dont know anything, but ive been in this fandom for 3+ years and i still continue to learn new things all the time. when you first join it seems like the information would be limited? but its not at all! there is literally so much information out there about them that i dont think i could even begin to know everything. but tbh my fav thing to learn about is their songs, i love to know about the back stories and development for their music, so i guess i would want to know more about that

If you are participating in the Big Bang, yes, the deadline for completed summaries is 19 April. If you are participating in the Mini Bang, the deadline is 12 April.

It’s completely fine if your summary changes along the way! By the summary deadline, we anticipate that you are well into writing and feel confident in your story. These summaries have to be pretty much locked in, as these are the summaries that the artists will go by for the first round artist challenge (complete a work based on a fic summary). 

If you do feel like you might be too ambitious, there’s nothing wrong with sticking to the Mini Bang word count! If your fic ends up at 11k, you can still be in the Mini Bang. Likewise if your fic is 14k – that’s fine for the Big Bang. Do whatever you feel most comfortable with (and what time permits!).

I definitely think Paul is a slytherin, but I always think of John as a ravenclaw. (And George as gryffindor and ringo as hufflepuff, for the record)

John/Paul AU Collab: Beauty and the Beast

When nineteenth century aristocrat John Lennon loses his family to a house fire, his life of privilege ends. Disfigured by the flames and a victim of arson rumors, John becomes an infamous recluse, hiding away from society in his mountainside estate. John's isolation is interrupted when a traveler, lost in a snowstorm, stumbles into John's life and inspires him to live again.

The ballroom hasn't been used in years. It's one of the many rooms in the mansion John thought he'd never venture into again, but Paul changed that. Paul changed everything. 

They hold each other now, swaying in time with the music. Paul can't dance and John is too rusty to teach him. They had stumbled along, Paul's laughter echoing through the cavernous room, until they slowed into this prolonged embrace. This is the closest they've ever been, Paul's cheek on John's shoulder, and John has to fight the urge to pull away. Paul has been here for weeks now and never laughed at him, never judged or feared him, but John is always waiting for Paul to realize who he's dealing with, to see his scars and flee. 

Instead Paul drifts closer, not a breath of space between them. He presses his face against John's neck, lips brushing against thick scar tissue as he whispers, "Oh, John, you're beautiful." 

Their lips find each other, and for the first time since his parents died, John feels something like hope.

how else would you explain why paul got so ugly in 1967?

People fight. That's normal. When you fight you're not going to be nice? Like yeah John said some shitty things to Paul, and since their relationship was so public, not all of his comments stayed private. But I do not believe that getting angry and saying things you don't mean during an argument makes someone psychologically abusive. Abuse generally takes place consistently regardless of circumstance, and I don't see that between John and Paul.
