I think I spend enough time thinking about TWA 800 for twenty people so I'm gonna hold off on watching this one for a bit but you should watch this video about TWA 800.

Notably while many witnesses (on the ground, without a clear view of the horizon, and who were alerted by the sound of the explosion and thus, by the laws of physics, looked up after the explosion occurred) claimed to see a missile ascending towards TWA 800, the pilots in the air around who had a direct view of the plane, including the pilots of Eastwind 507 who were looking directly at the plane when it happened, did not report seeing anything of the sort. Only after the FBI began injecting questions about missiles into their questioning of the witnesses did anybody report seeing a missile. Many people actually initially reported something else only to revise their testimony after FBI agents asked them about "the missile," or actually had their testimony changed by the FBI.
