Treat yourself to some Turtle Cheesecake Fudge. It's rich and creamy. This delicious treat has chocolate, caramel, and pecans in it, making it a rich dessert that's great for any event.
Ingredients: 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips. 1 cup white chocolate chips. 1 can 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk. 1/4 cup unsalted butter. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/2 cup chopped pecans. 1/4 cup caramel sauce.
Instructions: Wrap parchment paper around an 8x8 inch 20x20 cm square baking pan, leaving extra on two sides to make it easy to take off. Set the bowl that can go in the microwave on high. Add the semisweet chocolate chips and 1/2 cup of white chocolate chips. In 30-second increments, stir the chocolate in the microwave until it is completely melted and smooth. The sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract should be mixed in well. Spread out half of the mixture in the baking pan that has been prepared. Put the butter and the last 1/2 cup of white chocolate chips in another bowl that can go in the microwave. Microwave for 30 seconds at a time until the butter and chocolate are smooth and melted. Pour the white chocolate mixture over the fudge in the pan. Then, use a knife to swirl it into the chocolate mixture to make it look like marble. Spread the chopped pecans out evenly on top of the fudge, and then pour the caramel sauce on top of them. Spread the rest of the chocolate mixture out evenly over the pecans and caramel to cover the whole surface. Put the fudge in the fridge for at least two hours, or until it sets. When the fudge is set, use the extra parchment paper to lift it out of the pan. Cut it into squares after putting it on a cutting board. Serve your tasty Turtle Cheesecake Fudge and enjoy it!
