I always forget how tall turkeys are until I run into them again and itโs like oh yeah yโall are BIG
Turkey kids are growing fast and spending lots of time outside on field trips, pecking and learning about the big wide world.

So I'm walking around Cambridge, MA today and I see this sign outside a church:
And I'm like lol "feed the birds" need not apply here and took this photo thinking I'd share it with @todaysbird, but then my partner tugged on my sleeve and pointed, and RIGHT behind me was this:
So, uh. Either someone ignored the sign and gave alms to our Lord and Savior Turkey, or the turkeys didn't give a TOSS about the lack of communion bread in this 'burgh cause they are HERE.
Also I made them nervous coming over to take pictures, I am ashamed.
Some day I'll be normal about seeing turkeys in the wild, but man, today is NOT that day. ๐ฆ
horses gathered on a sandy beach all warily greeting an exceptionally large sea turtle that finds itself face to face with one of the horses who bends to greet it this is most likely the first time these creatures have met the opposite species which makes one wonder what is going through their heads as they take in the object or objects of such unfamiliarity they never could have imagined with surprising bravery and calmness in contrast to the tumultuous waves these are traits we should all strive to embody when interacting with that which is unfamiliar to us
