#tupsu

Sain tänään inspiksen tehdä tupsuja, joilla voi tuunata mitä haluaa tai vaan fiilistellä niitä sellaisinaan :) 

Olen nähnyt kaupassa sellaisia muovikehikoita, joiden avulla tupsun teko on helpompaa, tässä ohjeessa kuitenkin käytetään vanhaa pahvitekniikkaa.

Tarvitset

Lankaa

Sakset

Pahvia

Leikkaa pahvista kaksi ympyrää ja niiden sisälle reiät.

 Aseta ympyrät vastakkain ja kieputa lankaa niiden ympärille. Vinkki: Nopeutat prosessia jos laitat langan  kaksinkerroin. 

Jatka kieputtamista, kunnes lankaa ei enää mahdu reikään. 

Leikkaa langat poikki pahvien reunojen välistä.

Leikkaa kerästä 50 cm lanka ja pujota se pahvien väliin, kiristä tiukaksi ja solmi. Irrota pahvit ja siisti tupsu tasoittamalla.

Here is the tutorial for you too. I’ve seen those plastic mould’s at the store, but I made these with the old fashioned way.

You need cardboard, yarn and scissors.

Cut 2 circle’s from cardboard and cut a circle in middle. Sandwich discs together and begin winding yarn around the rings.Tip: double up the yarn to make the process quicker. Continue winding until you can’t fit any more yarn thru the hole on middle. Insert scissors between cardboard discs and snip the wrapped yarn all the way round. Cut a length of yarn about 50cm long and slip it between the discs and tie lightly. Wrap and knot a few times to make sure it’s secure. Remove cardboard discs, scrunch your pom pom and give it a light trim to even up.

I used my pompom’s to pimp my beanie.
