     Happy New Year to everyone! As always, the New Year brings with it many new perspectives, new resolutions, new beginnings, and new ways of thinking.

Tunics are very popular and known for their light weight, appropriate for a variety of occasions and can be worn by any body shape and any age group. The biggest difference between a top and a tunic is that tunics are lengthy and made to cover the hips. They have a loose fit.

Each body type is different and therefore a different type of tunic for each body type. Here are some options:

1.Pear:

If you have a pear shaped body type then you should go for a tunic with side cuts so that it doesn’t cling to your thighs and rear. Also a slight taper on the waist are along with a nice wide neck will help broaden your shoulders. You can pair your tunic with a nice long chunky neckpiece.

 2.Apple: You should avoid any type of clingy top with an apple shape. Your main focus should be on your neckline and legs. Get a tunic which is not too long and also has a lovely V-neck. This will help to direct attention to your face.  To make yourself look smaller on the top get something with smaller patterns and darker colours! Always remember that you want people to focus on your face so avoid wearing a chunky neck piece. Go for something smaller or wear earrings.

3.Hourglass: A more fitted tunics looks better on an hourglass figure. You can go for a little loosely fitted tunic just make sure it fits perfectly and is not too big. A perfectly fit tunic will highlight your great figure!

 4. Full Figure: You shouldn’t go for something which is shapeless as it would make you look bad. You should keep a balance between the ones that are too clingy or too loose. Try to make your collar bones and wrist visible as these are some features that are always slimming to show off. Go for a print that is small!

  Sastāvdaļas:

1 vidējs garais svaigais gurķis;

250g mazie ķiršu tomātiņi (var arī lielos);

zaļumi (dilles, loki);

~400g tuncis eļļā;

~3 ĒK. balzamiko etiķa;

3 vārītas olas;

Pagatavošana: 

Uzliek vārīties olas (olas vāru 10 min);

Nomizo gurķi, sagriež plānās šķēlītēs, kārto trauka apakšā;

Ķiršu tomātiņus sagriež uz pusēm, kārto virsū gurķim;

Sagriež zaļumus; pārkaisa virsū tomātiem;

Var uzkaisīt nedaudz sāls un piparus;

Tad liek tunci eļļā. Ja liek tunci savā sulā, tad var pievienot olīveļļu;

Aplej ar balzamiko etiķi;

Sastāvdaļas:

lavašs (2 lielie - armēņu/gruzīnu vai 6 mazie - meksikāņu);

400 g svaigais siers;

400 g tuncis savā sulā (der arī eļļā);

dilles;

1 sarkanais sīpols.

Sastāvs:

bundžiņa tunča gabaliņu eļļā;

250g ķiršu tomātu (var iztikt arī ar parastajiem);

1/2 garā gurķa (vai 1/1 īsā);

mazliet sīpols (ieteicams sarkanais);

rukola vai citi zaļumi.
