Angie's not big on public displays of affection, even for her friends. But I've always seen her as being unbelievably perceptive, and incredibly empathetic - she's a paramedic, she'd have to be.
I won't give too much away if this is where you're up to, but there are more points in the fic where Angie takes someone aside to drop a bit of a truth bomb on them. But her truth bombs aren't harsh - they're fuelled by love.
We know she didn't like Lexi, or the way that she treated Kobi. We also know Angie wasn't Juliet's biggest fan. So in my mind, she would've said something along the lines of:
"You deserve better. And when you do meet the right one, she's gonna feel like the luckiest girl in the world."
