It’s not everyday I meet someone that is willing to assist me without being influenced by my brand of magic. It’s certainly refreshing from the threats I would get from those that are content with lurking in the shadows.I mean, how dare I do all of those idiots a favor and destroy Lord Death. Maybe I can have them join him in the grave after I’m through! They seem to like rotting away in their dusty realm. They’re all
I’m getting ahead of myself. This brat new arrival is, to put it lightly, curious. She insists to be a witch of power, and yet I’ve never heard any mention of her, nor have ever caught sight of her at the few Masses I attended before I fled left the Witch’s Realm. I’d ask what family clan she might belong to, but something tells me that it will just leave me with more questions than answers. Based on her eye-sore rather colorful attire, she might be from one of the more ”regal” witch families.Amusingly, she claims to be far older than me, but acts like a child with an ego that reminds me of my sisters. It’s irritating, but can be tolerated.Yet there was something I sensed when talking with her. It was a brief glimpse, but it was enough to signal that she might not be all talk. Whether or not my intuition was right, it doesn’t matter. I am not a foolish enough to turn down free help; the deal was made, so now I will just have to wait to see if she can back up those loaded words of hers. If this turns out to be a con, then I’ll gladly pay her a small visit…
Thankfully, It’s not like my good-for-nothing sisters are getting any closer to taking out the humans’ high-and-mighty skeletal god. Help or no help, time is still on my side. -=S
