Your tags about the exposed back of a neck in people with short hair, that inherent softness, the vulnerability... I know, right?! That's why Rome 41 AD absolutely ENDS ME
God SAME. They both have outfits/hair that really accentuate the back of the neck and it RUINS me.
Aziraphale’s early looks often have those generous necklines where you get to see more shoulder/neck and it’s so lovely. As they move into their modern looks they both lose a lot of exposed all-around neck looks either with longer hair, bow ties, or upturned jacket collars. I have no idea if that was an intentional covering of a vulnerable area as they get less naive about the nature of their relationship to each other or if it is just happenstance with clothing styles.
Either way, agreed that I love their Rome looks (even Crowley’s weirdly out of place one) because of how soft and vulnerable they both look ♥️
