I also decided to tackle one of the most unloved places in every house or flat - the under stairs situation.Wasted space is a thing of the past. Different types of storage, shelves and platforms transform the space under the stairs into your new favorite area.
Cashcraft's Kentworth Bedroom set is the second set which @hauntedpuppychild requested I convert. It was originally made for TS3 by the wonderful Cashcraft. Personally, I like this set better. I'm particularly fond of the lamp.
The Hope Chest functions as a base game storage chest. It, the dresser, and the nightstand all have a variety of deco slots.
WARNING: THESE ITEMS ARE HIGH POLY!
They're not as bad as the bed from the Vanity Fair set from last week, but they're all between 3.5 and 1.6k at their High LODS (they do have Med LODs, but they're not low).
Base Game Compatible. There are ten swatches for the bed and nine for the table lamp; there are three swatches for each wood-dominant item.
If you want to make your ancients sims life a little bit easier you can give them a bit of fake entertainment. This set has five decor objects, where the tuning is changed to make them function as a bookshelf/TV's.

There is no TV-screen so you will have no idea what your sims will be watching, but apart from that the items are functioning as a normal TV. The set has 5 files, see all items and swatches here. You will find the objects in game where you normally find bookshelves and TV's, or by searching for Pseftia or KyriaT.

Stackable, customizable labels, sized to fit collectibles, separate inventories, 67 swatches, retail display tuning-- it took me two months but here it is!
Three cubes that you can mix and match and stack together
two are display shelves sized to fit pretty much any collectible
one is storage with separate inventories for each cube and customizable mouse-over labels.
16 swatches each for the display shelves, and 67 swatches with 6 different door/drawer styles for the storage cubes
all base game compatible

Placement:
these are 2/3 of a tile wide and tall, so they fit three cubes to two tiles on the grid
you can use MOO to align them if you want less than three across
if you want a multiple of three across, use the “Modular Storage Base” to slot them neatly together
you may have to use MOO to place them on the base anyway, but you won’t have to do any finicky adjusting
Slots:
each cube has one large slot on top for stacking, and sits in a large slot
the two display shelves (one with one shelf, one with two shelves) have one large slot and nine medium slots per shelf
if you want more slots, put them against the wall and use @pictureamoebae‘s OMSP shelf!
Function:
the storage cube functions like the ICYA chest from University, with separate inventories and customizable mouse-over labels
the display shelves will display small metals, books, etc in their retail display form as seen in the preview
Swatches
the display shelves have 16 solid swatches, 8 wood tones and 8 colors from @storylegacysims‘s Tell Me a Story palette
the storage cubes have 67 swatches in 6 door/drawer styles to fit in with any build; some of the doors are only in the 8 wood tones and some are in all 16 colors
Catalog
you can find all of the items in build mode by searching “modular storage”
the display shelves and base are under surfaces --> miscellaneous, the display shelves are also under surfaces --> display, and the storage cube is under storage --> miscellaneous

recolor and include the mesh to your heart’s content
however, I recommend not including the mesh to save yourself the headache when I inevitably have to update this

I really liked this piece from the Moschino pack, but no slots is a no go for me. So I cleaned it up, retextured a few things and added a whole bunch of slots. Still functions as a closet as well.
