MY GIVING HONOR WITH A GRATEFUL HEART ♥️ Honor thy mother... No greater love ❤️ than for a mother to hold a son who's mischief has been cut off from the way of worldly 🌎 life! Thinking 🤔 on this as i live today shows me how wrong I was an am to understand the ways of God! Living for today in true purity and integrity has made amends for the mischief of my past living in disillusionment and disobedience in life! But through it all I see that the mother in whom God has blessed me with in this season of my life is a mother not to be contend with! Not that I'm questioning how blessed I am for having my birth mother, Mrs. Emma Jane Bassett! Because she was awesome in every way to me! But I know that God has a greater assignment for her in heaven! So today I acknowledge that in order for me to have the fullness in life as in Christ Jesus alone,i must focus on the journey here on earth 🌍. I must not bring shame to my mother's name, both in birth and in adoption through the Spirit of the living God! So I speak of this to say I honor this awesome woman of God sent to mother me in my life today! And I've learned and still learning how to commit my ways in discipline to the instructions she gives! This Goddess has embraced me as if I've come from her womb, and I've excepted the fact that I'm under her watch ordained by God Himself! So I'm truly grateful to say that God has filled my life today with more than I can ever speak on, but I will live it and you who are called by His Name shall see by the fruit that is bared in my life living in Christ Jesus alone! Sunday's Church Service was full of heartfelt testimonies, and the message 📖 that was preached was🎙profound. Happy Thanksgiving to everyone reading this! This year... we are grateful for our health, our family, our friends, qualified medical personnel and Tricare Prime. Reason being; earlier in the year, Matt started experiencing some health issues. Qualified medical professionals were able to pinpoint the cause of various medical issues once a major symptom surfaced. He suffered from slight vision loss which raised many red flags and referrals went out. Neurologists. Neurosurgeon. MRI. All thankfully covered under Tricare Prime. Unfortunately Matt was diagnosed officially with a brain tumor a day before his 38th birthday and underwent surgery on the 1st of October. There were some slight complications from the surgery... and he ended up staying in ICU until the 9th of October. He was on convalescent leave until last week and when he returned to work, it was seamless. He got his full vision back. Doctors removed his driving restrictions. He is still on a slight profile for now... He's also been seeing an endocrinologist and more than likely will see one on and off for quite a while. Even though they completely removed the tumor and the results of the biopsy were good news. Benign. They will do another MRI early January to ensure that there's no regrowth. Fortunately... Tricare Prime has/will cover everything pertaining to the tumor. Craniopharyngioma. I hadn't posted about this because technically it's still on-going... but today. I'm grateful that I still have my hubby. My best friend. My debate partner. My other half.
