#tropical lizards

Recently a friend of mine posted this on facebook and I want to help her so badly but I have no idea what to do. I thought I could turn to you guys for help. Please help!!!

My Chinese water dragon is very sick. I haven't seen stool in a long time, hes thin, looks like hes rotting away. He doesnt move. Doesnt eat. And his face is banged up from the glass. He opens his eyes and looks so sad..I want to help him, but I dont know what to do!
