I ordered trimtuf tea since I saw about 85% positive reviews, plus the fact that it doesn't make you live in the bathroom after drinking it. I won't take my weight before I start drinking it because seeing my weight is extremely triggering for me, but I will probably take before/after pictures. Anyone on here try it before ? I know there's a lot of opinions on these weight-loss teas but $20 for 30 days is more then worth it, even it doesn't work because I love tea c:

Exercise: interval running for 61 mins ( 2.7 walk // 4.7 sprint )
TrimTuf - Day 7/10; TheSquatChallenge Day 1
going to enter the squat challenge starting today! I’m so excited! =D
Breakfast: 2 cups of tea. a banana
lunch: 1/2 cup of salad with a little chicken piece and light honeymustard.
dinner: ....my mom cooked and i soooo gave in. Beef curry (about 5-6 pieces). half of a potato, and 1.5 cups of rice. 40 mins later 2 cups of tea.
Exercise: 10 min walk and stretch; squat challenge Exercises. (bought the ebook)
Took pictures but will post if results are there on Day 10.
