going to enter the squat challenge starting today! I’m so excited! =D
Breakfast: 2 cups of tea. a banana
lunch: 1/2 cup of salad with a little chicken piece and light honeymustard.
dinner: ....my mom cooked and i soooo gave in. Beef curry (about 5-6 pieces). half of a potato, and 1.5 cups of rice. 40 mins later 2 cups of tea.
Exercise: 10 min walk and stretch; squat challenge Exercises. (bought the ebook)
Took pictures but will post if results are there on Day 10.
