So, someone requested assisted pissing because of an injury, and unfortunately, in the last chapter, Trevor hurt his wrist. And definitely not for plot purposes, it's his dominant one.

To get a little technical with it, I think I'm going to give him a partial scapholunate ligament tear. It's fairly common and can easily happen by falling on the ice awkwardly. It requires a cast or a wrist brace (I haven't decided...), and he'll be out for at least six weeks and then plus PT and training and all that good stuff. No surgery will be required for him, don't worry.

Expect in the next chapter (and possibly the next few) some more angst from not only Trevor's injury and being sidelined but also because of the strained tension with Jamie. It might take his pride a little bit to work up to allowing assistance, but it shall come!

And also, they're might be some Jamie-feels in there, too. I thought about possibly adding a Jamie-centered chapter as the next one, but I'm worried it'll be too put of nowhere or jarring for him to suddenly appear this far into it. Perhaps I will just have him explain his feelings. Cause he isn't having a good time either.

First off, RIP Barkey. Bro really spent his rookie year taking care of Trevor Zegras.

I can see Tocchet finding out kinda slowly. Like, everyone knows the rookie drives Trevor around. And, well, he's not too surprised that Barkey cooks for Trevor. He has eyes, okay? He can see, and no matter how good of a player Trevor is, he doesn't seem like he's working with quite all of his facilities. At least in that regard.

But then Rick overhears Barkey in the locker room before practice, just idle chatter. He did their laundry wrong last night, now Trevor’s pissed at him that his favorite white shirt (along with his white boxers) is stained pink, and does anyone know how to fix it? Which...is a little strange. If Trevor isn't even washing his own underwear, what else is he making this kid do?

So, yeah, he corners the rook. For the safety of his player. He can't have his player burnt out and resentful. But Barkey is kinda spooked when he asks, careful not to say too much, to rat Trevor out even after Rick assures him that it'll be fine.

So, he has no choice but to use the last resort: going straight to Trevor. And, well, Rick doesn't really know what he expected to happen, but Trevor folds immediately.

Maybe he shouldn't be too surprised when he really stops and thinks about it.

And no one gets in trouble, and Trevor is maybe a little pissed about his favorite white shirt, but Rick makes it clear that this arrangement cannot continue, even if that means Barkey has to find somewhere else to stay.
