The condition of fallen radhachura trees on the boundary walls of our house. With the municipality not doing any private house works now, getting labourers to cut down fallen trees is a daunting task. This has resulted in feuds between neighbours as they seek to cut down the fallen trees without seeking permission. Amidst this #cycloneamphan chaos I went to take the last photographs of this tree which have been a solace to me. Seeing it in this state for the last couple of days from my balcony felt like I am living with a corpse. So, when the final preparations are being made I came down to take one last look.
