@exetercouncil During a short walk around Belle Isle I came across a Norway maple that had an entire cambium section removed. Can you please provide more details on this as it’s within your park and I would not expect to see this sort of management of trees. I am ‘assuming’ it had been vandalised and then your parks team have then removed all major limbs (monolith) to make it safe?
