Tree Climbing it’s not about climbing a tree but about moving your body up the tree. The lowest branch on the tree was a foot higher then I could actually stretch just under 10 foot from the ground. When you create upper and lower body strength and the agility to make your feet do things they normally wouldn’t want to do rather couldn’t do like grip the trunk of the tree in rather obtuse angles without worrying about injury you become aware that you’re in control of your entire body movement. This reminds me of the class I attended yesterday in Parkour generations. It was all aboutDeveloping Kevlar knees. Without having knees that are resilient to injury I could’ve never attempted to move up the tree. I called this tree parkour. Follow me and you learn how to develop resilience to injuries that you might sustain from lack of knowledge and how or what to do while exercising. #parkourgenerations #parkour #treeparkour #move #movement #bodymoves #kneehealth #trentpark #exercisefasted #intermittentfasting (at Trent Park Lake) https://www.instagram.com/p/B497ColD03M/?igshid=371sr2aonysj
