The worst part about learning words through reading is that one day you find out you cannot pronounce them.
Like say hypothetically, you are 13 years old, reading out the French subtitles to your blind mother on the film you both are watching. And you say 'Load the Trebuchet.' And she pauses the movie.
What did you say? 'Trebuchet, it's a catapult.' Oh, I know what it is. But say it again. 'Tree-bucket?'
And she hits you with the dreaded, oh honey no.
I think Trebuchet was one of those. Weirdly big babies. (Nightmare would keep a pic of them. Somewhere. I think)
