Have you ever played dating sim where you have multiple love interests? I sure haven't, but i'd imagine the ability to save and reload are pretty handy if you want to see everything, or undo a horrible mistake you made.

Now Block Tales doesn't have the ability to willingly save and reload. So Anemon is here to help! (By force! They have no choice in the matter <3)

They kinda work like Flowey in Undertale yellow, You call for them at spawnpoints, and they let you full control over the space time continium. Which surely most definitely has no lasting effects inbetween save, no sirrie! Totally not!

Oh yeah, you can also ask them where you need to go and also try to flirt in them. Depending on your current relation with them they'll either deadpan, blush, be uncomfortable, or be disgusted.

The second picture shows Anemon's reaction so your abuse of the save system. Like trying to find every way to make Soft king love you. This is also the start of what I call the Bad Touch Quest.

Basically the quest where try to romance Anemon but fail in every regard.

And would you look at that! The end of that quest in picture 3. You get here by first making Anemon upset at you due to Save System abusing. If you have made most of the bosses love you trough the saves, Next then next you need to try romancing them to continue.

They'll reject you everytime. Keep pressing on. Eventually You'll get the option to use some specific love cards on them.

The battle will immediately begin afterwards if you do. They have an increased defence against love attacks. They would have dialogue that parallels the dream bosses.

And then there is picture 4

Sadnesses: Remnants of the people. Their grief and sadness is all that remains. They cannot tell friend from foe anymore. Defeating them is the best course of action

It's the end of a Heartbreak quest for them. In it you would get them to love you, and then you break their heart.

What you did in this quest impacts Anemon so much that he becomes a Sadness.

The SS bar is broken for them.

You cannot win with the love meter, you need to either drain their hp to zero, run, or use friendship cards.

If you get to a the friendship bar to 100 you'll get the special option to apologize and stuff. You need to do this untill the lovebar is fixed, the fight will then end.

If you run, you can't save. You can always refight them at the respawn point you activated the fight at

If HP reached zero, the world freezes up and loops back to before you broke their heart.
