I use both ways, If I wake up with big puffy panda eyes I apply gel directly using the wand, rather than making dots I draw a square starting from my under eyes, over my eye brows and end it on the inner corner of my eyes, I do recommend you do each eye at a time, as it really dries of quickly. When I started to use this product, I never expected to see immediate results,  you know when you are using a lifting- anti aging product it takes you time to get the results. Surprisingly you start to see the results immediately, I feel like my skin is stretching, I can definitely  feel the cooling effect. I can see that My Foundation & My Concealer looks better around the eyes.

To get better results you need to use the product continuously, I recommend to use this product to use at nights, as body repairs it sell during sleep. I only use this in the morning if I have really big, fully eyes, sometimes I just get emotional and cry for hours. After that crying wind goes away, when I look into the mirror and have a big scream, as my eyes are as small as a button therefore my eye bags are big and fluffy, than I apply Transformulas lifting gel and see that after applying the gel, look better. After using the gel, close it tightly.
