This picture actually is the result for the latest batch that I just finished teaching and the red one, well, you can guess, is for the fail test. Honestly, this is the worse result I ever seen. And I honestly scared. Why? Because every few months, we have meetings with Managers, Executives etc to show the result's training. Before that, I have to make reports and summaries etc. What excuses should I make? I have tried my best to teach them. Even in some topics I even went one on one lesson and teach them until they understand. What action should I take after this? The superiors will demand some action plan for this failure. Right now, I actually want to give up. Become trainer/teacher is not my thing. I can't do this. Another thing, I only can give training, but I can't forced somebody to learn. Especially adult. They have their own ego. I can't treat them like a bunch of kids. Fyi, I don't tell my trainees that their results will affect my performance.
