🏃♂️ #SundayRunDay 🚴♂️ Still having issues with this damn Achilles Tendon and the 2 days of running earlier this week are still haunting me, so I'm going to get my cardio in and keep the legs working with less strain on the ankle, and Achilles by bike riding. But before I could do that 'The Dark Lord of Tatttoine' (Yes I have named my mountain bike) needed new brakes, so I found these longer and beefier ones I put on him and let me tell you WOW do they lay down rubber when stopping.
