Tphhp and Hoyeol and Grandfell aren't dating yet, but everyone thinks they are and it's really confusing to walk into. Someone, say, Hakuna, asks Hoyeol about Grandfell because obviously if they're together and dating then they should probably know eachother's conditions best. And what fucks up this whole thing the most is Hoyeol recites Grandfell's condition like he's his personal doctor, reciting any strange symptoms and his temperature and average heart rate and it kind of just cements the fact they're dating not dating.
They're so aware of eachother that it's probably half of their senses being solely trained on the other, and the rest of it being used to function properly and it makes no sense until you realise we're talking about Hoyeol and Grandfell.
Everyone already knows to find the other if one of them is in a bad mood (i.e. if Grandfell is harsher than usual, find Hoyeol and complain to him, Grandfell will be a lot kinder in no time). So it's a wonder that they aren't together yet and it's an even bigger wonder none of the sides have realised the misunderstanding
Hoyeol only learns of this when someone suddenly lets it slip that he's dating Grandfell and he has to double take for the first time in awhile.
