The blood transfusion does change Kirk and he gains Khan’s physical strength. Kirk starts pushing Spock around, moving him into positions, picking him up. Spock ends up loving it.
hi! sorry this is so vague, but i remember a story where kirk got injured or something and spock gives him his water code because kirk already used up his monthly allowance. i think i might've read it on ao3 but i can't remember for sure :(
The Right Touch by CMM
This is based on Sochya’s challenge of the same name, in which Spock tries to deal with the fact that Jim is afraid of him after their confrontation on the Bridge. This is a real problem, since Spock has fallen for the man he once tried to choke to death.
