Knowing how to read a ruler is always important, but this is a handy little tool to keep in your sewing box (it actually is two sided and goes up to 2 inches). I'm in the middle of patterning out the Imp-sized cloak (and also altering the hoodie), and felt like sharing a little time saver tool :3
Building Previews and Tool Tips
As we head forward with the prototype, it became very quickly apparent that placing buildings was difficult without some sort of preview as to which tile you were building on. So I made it my job to make a transparent building preview that appeared on the tile a building would be placed, which would also highlight red when hovering the mouse over a tile that was an invalid place to build.
Sometime after we also wanted a tool tip next to the building buttons to tell the player what the building is, what is cost to build, and a (very) brief description of what it does. This is because we wanted to move to buttons that Weren't just words, but images of the building, which I think is a choice that really fits the style we are going for in the game's art.
Here is a video one of the other group members made which demonstrates the building preview and tooltip:

I discovered today that having 100% items in your inventory makes you inelligible to receive Tierra de La Sed. (SINCE IT COUNTS AS AN ITEM)
FML. XD
After spamming all the SC and getting killed non stop while trying to get buff, in the end I can't take it because...of lapse of thought.
Just saying, clear your inventory before you leave for your TDLS buffs.
Didn't get my buff and feeling a touch of irritation on me about other things on this game. Not even gonna bother to continue struggling with being on right now. Good night and have fun.
hey, i was wondering how to add the links with the stars that are in your description :) i'm using your last theme and i would love to have the same type of link things in my description box :) thanks!
Hi love! So I've done a tutorial similar to this before, and hopefully it will help you out!
Basically you just have to install what's called a tooltip on your blog (the pretty text boxes that pop up when you hover over the stars).
I found the star symbols in my Mac Character Viewer. But just in case you can't track them down, I'll copy and paste them right here so you can just copy and paste them into your links.

I hope that helps! Let me know if you have any additional questions.
