Not the most exciting post but small changes can make a difference! Morning breath tip- when you wake up in the morning🧖🏻♀️, first thing you should do is brush your teeth (and scrape your tongue if you’re into that👅) before drinking or eating anything. If you think about it- your body has been detoxing all night and there’s a reason why it’s called morning breath 🤢. If you drink something right away, then your just swallowing back down everything your body just worked on getting rid of overnight! So before I drink my water, lemon, chlorophyll or whatever I’m in the mood for that morning, I always brush my teeth first thing!
