Tbh I imagine Natsumi is waiting with her phone in her hand the entire time, and she isn't telling the others why because she doesn't want to jump the gun and tell them about Aria's proposal plans before it actually happens. So the other three notice her with her phone out the whole date and are like "what's up? is something happening?" and Natsumi can only say "Not yet!" The other three are just a little concerned with how ominous their gf if being lol
