Tobias and the Angels (1908) by Jacek Malczewski
“The narrator then tells us that both of these prayers are heard and that God sends the angel Raphael (whose name means ‘God has healed’) to bring comfort to both Tobit and Sarah. We will see in the intertwining of these two stories a peculiar mark of the divine providence. A gift that God gives to one will prove to be a benefit for another. Thomas Aquinas compares the providential God to a king, who arranges, by means of separate commands, for two of his charges to meet, so that what appears to the two as coincidence is actually the result of the king's intention. So from the vantage point of his unconditioned causality, God can influence the nexus of conditioned causality in a noninvasive manner and in such a way that a grace to one becomes a grace for another.”
— Bishop Robert Barron

How ridiculous is this? Do you take it as magic when a prophet or angel gives someone instructions for a miracle in any other part of Scripture?
I'm not making this post to claim that’s why it shows up in Anime sometimes. Most Anime is Niche even in Japan and in fact does feature Ta

Raphael is considered the ruler of the second heaven, the guardian angel for the tree of life in the Garden of Eden, and one of the seven angels around God's throne.
