Dumb translation rant 👇

The official translation of the second phrase in Andrey's blessing is 'Keep a close eye on Peter' which, at least to me, reads something like 'protect Peter' or 'keep taking care of Peter'. While it's a possible sentiment, it's not the one the original phrase gives me (I'd say it would be 'Смотри внимательнее ЗА Петром' and not 'Смотри внимательнее НА Петра' if that were the case). The original phrasing is something closer to 'look at/upon/to Peter' which gives me more of a 'Don't let your gaze wander away from him' or 'Let him be your guiding light' feel. In a way, it echoes the blessing Daniil gives to Peter, where he is the one 'holding Andrey's hand' (not holding onto his hand, mind you), keeping him out of trouble. Andrey's gaze should remain on Peter, otherwise he'd become a desperate villain. In a way, it's an inversion of the notion that Andrey is Peter's protector that is prevalent in most of the game, because where Andrey's protection is more of a direct physical thing, Peter's is being an inspiration and a grounding.
