have you ever noticed how we constantly err? Every time you try to do something as perfect as possible, every time, you commit mistakes. Making mistakes is the only way to learn, but the problem with those cases is that you are mistaken... and nobody will excuse you. when you become part of a new environment, you must interact with a complex ecosystem. At first, you may be convinced to live in a dream, into a fairytale, where everyone acts like a fairy mother,... my friend, a perfect family does not exist, and a perfect workplace does too. we are human is okay to feel emotions and have prejudices and judge other people, but sometimes we forget that we are not the main characters of other people's lives. someone will appreciate the same damn thing that another person dislikes, and in one way or another, you will be mistaken by someone, even doing the right thing.
