T-ara became one of the defining acts of second-generation K-pop and is especially remembered for its catchy dance music, dramatic concepts, and remarkable success across both South Korea and Asia.

Originally debuting with the single “Lies”, T-ara gained major public attention through songs such as “Bo Peep Bo Peep,” “Roly-Poly,” “Lovey-Dovey,” “Cry Cry,” “Day by Day,” and “Number Nine.” Their music blends dance-pop, electro-pop, retro disco, hip-hop, ballad, and club influences, allowing them to shift easily between playful, glamorous, emotional, and cinematic styles.
