This mornings crossfit was fueled by TNT pre workout.
First time using this particular one so I mixed 1 x 10ml scoop with 200mls of water 30 minutes before training.
Within 10/15minutes I felt the effects, tingling from the beta alanine and a general feeling of alertness.
During the warm up I definitely felt more energised and didn’t feel as fatigued after the run, squats or burpees.
The wod this morning was a long one and I felt this was a good test for the pre-workouts longevity.
20 minutes in the the wod my heart rate was very high and at this point I didn’t feel well and did need a brief sit down.
This could be down to my own tolerance of the ingredients, so for my next test I will try half a scoop in the same time frame and see if the effects are reduced.
Once I have experimented further I will post my full overview and my final thoughts.
