Plot twist: James Acaster tried to run up a tree to the moon all the way back in 7x01!

Rewatching Taskmaster Series 7, and starting to think I’m attracted to men jumping into and over things. Tim Key and the bath, James Acaster and the gate, and Woz and the fence. I also enjoy it when normally non-macho contestants (Russell Howard, Ed Gamble, Noel Fielding) show off their macho side (the topless sexist dad, him kicking in the bin, and the entirety of S4, but mostly him striking that Babybel with incredible power). 

Currently rewatching Taskmaster, I’m on episode 6x10. Not only is this the legendary cake-sitting episode (😂) but I am on the cusp of possibly the best series of Taskmaster, Series 7. Amongst Taskmaster fans, do we think Series 7 or Series 11 is better? Are we still too close to S11 to judge it objectively?

Also, who clocked that the stage extension is called a “Knappett” in honour of Jessica Knappett’s iconic fall in Series 7? So adorable 🥰
