Every time I think of Uncle Max's relation to Timon and Ma it always changes
The common consensus is that he's Timon's uncle, with him usually being the brother-in-law of Ma because of how easily he could be made into an older brother of Timon's dad because of the buzzcuts.
Another is him being Timon's uncle and Ma's biological brother, with him and Timon's dad having similar buzzcuts because of similar occupations (which I guess could be how Ma and Timon's dad met. Some, like, mutual friendship with your brother's military friend turning into marriage)
But then... recently I thought of Uncle Max being Ma's uncle, and therefore Timon's great uncle. Which... if you still connect him with Timon's dad, Timon's dad could've easily been trained by Max as a youth, similarly to how he does with Timon in the movie. Him being a generation older than Timon and Ma could even explain the gray hair and overall older look (if it's not the excess stress of hypervigilance doing a number on him).
Also I can't get over how Fearless Buzz is NOT Timon's Dad. FB is just a renowned legend from a past generation (honestly, excellent worldbuilding for the meerkats). I keep resorting to him being Timon's dad because of the easy connection and the fact that they're both deleted, possibly both deceased characters (idk was Timon's dad killed off in the old script he's from?). Because FB is an unrelated figure of the past, it kinda makes his connection to the colony SO ambiguous and there's so many directions to go, like even making him some other ancestor of Timon's.
WHY THE LADY AND THE TRAMP REFERENCE FOR BOTH THE LION KING 1 1/2 AND THE LION GUARD SEASON 3 😭😭😭
TLK: Baba
So I was thinking about how I felt like Pumbaa should've had a backstory in The Lion King 1 1/2 because not only would that have allowed the viewers to learn more about Pumbaa but him having a family would've allowed for this movie to introduce more characters since we only really got 2 (or 5 if you wanna count Iron Joe, Timon's father, and Fearless Buzz (the latter two of which I recently discovered were two different characters, I honestly thought Timon's dad was Buzz)), so I came up with a new character for TLK 1 1/2 So here we have Pumbaa's single dad, Baba. Like Timon's Ma, he is not referred to by name and is instead only addressed by his parental title throughout the film (Baba is Swahili for "Dad"). Baba is very sweet and very supportive and protective of his son. He promised himself he would be more protective after Pumbaa's mother passed away off-screen (idk it's up to you whatever happened to her I guess) Also Baba and Pumbaa's native dwelling is some kind of jungle, possibly some outskirt of the Oasis/Hakuna Matata Falls (idk it's wherever Pumbaa was when he starts singing about his past during the Hakuna Matata scene), which is why he has knowledge about this Oasis during the scene in TLK 1 1/2 when he tells Timon about a place to live Here, a young Pumbaa is too shy to make friends, Baba is telling him that what it takes to make friends is what comes from inside. Unfortunately, that quite literally happens when Pumbaa accidentally passes gas when attempting to introduce himself to other jungle-dwellers. When others run away from Pumbaa, fall unconscious from the stench, or shame him for his impolite behavior, Pumbaa runs away in embarrassment, away to what would be the Pridelands, where he would cross paths with Timon. Like Timon's Ma, Baba goes on a search to find his son, as he cannot afford to lose another family member. At the same time Timon reunites with his Ma, Baba reunites with Pumbaa and tells him he was able to recognize his unmistakable scent. I know Baba's design isn't awfully original, it's basically Pumbaa but darker/redder and with a mustache, bushy eyebrows, and smaller, further-apart eyes. The mustache idea comes from when I saw pictures of Remake Pumbaa and noticed he had whiskers on the sides of his mouth. Also sadly no I did not draw that jungle backdrop, I nabbed it from a TLK screenshot and tweaked the colors and transparency a bit, I wonder if I should've just drew it :P
Say what you want about the Disneytoons produced Disney sequels (and boy do I have things to say about them) but they did contribute much to the genre of 'Disney song that slaps and is probably a bit odd that no fucker knows about'.
Deception, disgrace; aye folks know about the 90's music video zebra and gazelle, but I offer TLK III remixing a bunch of lines and giving us the majesty that is Digga Tunnah Dance. Prince Charming is notable in Cinderella III, flinging himself out the window and all that, but I offer you Hayden Panettiere singing a song that istg invented fairytale romance!
Also on offer:
The fucking Tigger Movie making me cry with a collaboration from Footloose singer Kenny Loggins and Disney icons the Sherman Brothers
A bunch of dogs from Lady and the Tramp II singing about living in a junkyard, that isn't especially good, but is an absolute bop.
A song from 101 Dalmatians II that was included on a Disney compilation album back in 2004, which might seem a bit odd nowadays if the album hadn't been full of strange song choices for even back in 2004.
A rock cover of I Wan'na Be Like You by Smash Mouth. No I didn't make this up. It's real. It's there. I'm not trying to rickroll thi (There seems to be two versions, one with Baloo, the other just with Mowgli. No clue why. This is is the one without) - Bonus: shoutout to Sora and Amity Blight singing about the jungle rhythm.
Phil Collins coming back for Tarzan II to give us Who Am I?, a song I absolutely fucking love. Also yes that is American comedian George Carlin as the gorilla.
Two of the sweetest songs you'll probably ever hear in your life from Bambi II: There is Life and First Sign of Spring.
The absolute belters that are Welcome to this Day and Feels Like Home from Brother Bear 2. Massively underrated. Love these two.
Some are better than others, and some aren't necessarily good per se, but they're fun in their own way and scratch that particular itch. Some make me feel good, most are incredibly nostalgic, some may surprise you. Go take a listen!

Kion! Hi! Question, how old are you? Disney made a pretty mess with the timeline so i'm confused
Kion: I am 7 months. I’m not exactly sure how much that would be in human years though.
Nala: It doesn’t really matter. No one really cares, sweetie.
Kion: This person cares.
Simba: Hahaha! Kion, everyone knows that anons are just robots who have an insatiable blood-lust for kids.
Kion: WHAT!?
Kovu: Yeah…Good luck buddy.
