Re: Wyoming: in one sense, you’re right. However, to determine individual voter power under the electoral college I would argue it’s better to multiply electoral votes per person by the competitiveness of the state. In reality, my vote in North Carolina matters more than someone in Wyoming’s even though the Wyomingian has more electoral votes per person, because my state could go either way while Wyoming will almost certainly go Republican. So by that metric, New Hampshire and Iowa are the states with the most disproportionately powerful individual voters (and they’re made even more powerful by their status as the first two presidential primary states!), while presidential votes in California are basically meaningless. Regardless, the system still values people’s vote by where they live, which I see as unacceptable.
