Ingredients: 1 pound ground beef. 1 small onion, finely chopped. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. 1/4 cup beef broth. 1 package slider buns e.g., Martin's Potato Rolls. American cheese slices optional. Pickles optional.
Instructions: In a skillet over medium-high heat, add ground beef and cook, breaking it into small pieces, until browned. Add chopped onion, salt, and black pepper to the skillet. Cook until onions are translucent. Pour in beef broth and simmer until most of the liquid has evaporated. Split the slider buns and lightly toast them.
