It's easy to make White Castle sliders at home with this recipe for a slow cooker. It's great for parties or dinner with the family.
Ingredients: 2 pounds ground beef. 1 onion, finely chopped. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/2 cup beef broth. 24 slider buns. 24 slices American cheese. 24 dill pickle slices.
Instructions: Put chopped onion, ground beef, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a large bowl. You should get 24 small patties out of the mixture. As soon as the pan is hot, add the patties and cook them for two to three minutes on each side, until both sides are browned. Put the patties in the slow cooker after they are browned. Pour beef broth over the slow-cooked patties. Put the lid on top and set the heat to low. To serve, cut the slider buns in half and put a cooked patty on the bottom half of each one. Put a slice of American cheese and a slice of pickle on top of each patty. Cover the cheese and pickles with the top half of the bun. Enjoy while still warm!
