When he's smug or angry he looks over people, even if it's a few inches or few more feet and he's like this wall of swarming darkness.

When he's upset or scared tho, he gets smaller. At first you could mistake it as him just slouching down and losing a few inches bc of it but him being him he keeps it to himself and he winds up as this small stress filled not even cutting half a foot tall thing.

His S/O is standing as his desk, he's on it (Next to a mug that's taller than he is) and they're trying to gently Cox a conversation out him about it but he's just stupidly adamant nothing is wrong.

Eventually they start talking tho and he grows back to normal-ish size, a few inches give or take.

Cuddles are optional bc the idea of cuddling a small tiny Dark that's hardly the length of my forehead arm is nice, or a super small Dark that can stand in my hand and hugs my fingers is so good t b h. Just the idea of running my thumb over his hair or gently stroking his face is so gud and I want it.
